It's out at last
Today is publication day.
After two and a half years of research, writing and editing my book “How to Lead Nonprofits: Turning Purpose into Impact to Change the World” is published today (except in Australia - that will be next month). It’s quite a momentous day for a first-time writer!
And I’m asking for your support.
I'm keen to get the book into the hands of as many current and aspiring nonprofit leaders and philanthropists as possible, and I’d appreciate your help in doing so.
Here is what would really help:
Consider ordering the book - if you haven’t already. You can get it at any online retailer, including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Bookshop.org and more - links here. [Special note: if you live in a country where the book is not yet available, you can buy the e-book directly from the publisher, BenBella, and have it in your (virtual) hands immediately]
Write an online review, at Amazon or any other book distributor. People read these and notice when there a lot of them. One or two lines is enough.
Write a short message on LinkedIn or other social media platform. Open the book up to just about any place and say, "I'm reading “How to Lead Nonprofits” and really like what Nick says about . . . . ". Consider adding a photo of the book to your post.
Call your local bookstore and ask them if they have “How to Lead Nonprofits” and if not, encourage them to rectify that.
